Lindo. Estivemos no hotel duas vezes, em uma estadia no Peru. Quarto amplo e confortável, pessoal agradável e atencioso, bom restaurante. Voltando à Cuzco, voltarei ao hotel.

Bom hotel mas com quartos pequenos

Hotel instalado em um solar espanhol de 1599! Com interior com as famosas colunas espanholas, caiado de branco, com jardim de inverno com uma fonte de 1600! Lindo. Staff preparadíssimo. Fui querer carregar minha mala, por gostar disso, e vi que os funcionários quase se ofenderam.

Hotel fantástico. Uma volta no tempo. O Hotel é um Casarão antigo com pátio no centro, muito confortável e aconchegante.

Un hotel estupendo que ofrece la historia misma de una construcción colonial del XVI, con 7 patios y unas comodidades estupendas. Calidez en la atención y detalles en todas partes.

Infelizmente minha estadia foi recheada de pessimas experiencias. Chegando ao hotel (meu 4º no Peru) foi a pior experiencia de check-in e protocolos de Covid-19, não higienizaram nossas malas, documentos manuseados, chaves, etc., não levaram nossas malas ao quarto, que vale ressaltar eram BEM longe da entrada, já que o hotel é um labirinto (até ai ok).Chegando ao quarto, a trava estava quebrada e a porta não trancava quando saiamos (apenas por dentro). Pedimos a troca do quarto e fomos solicitamente colocados no quarto ao lado, mas sem nenhum auxilio com malas, ou alguem acompanhando para mostrar o novo quarto (ok, essas coisas acontecem). Porém o chuveiro do novo quarto não aquecia e tinha uma pressão extremamente baixa (resolvi encarar o banho frio e deixar pra lá, afinal eram duas noites).O café da manhã também foi o pior (de longe) de todas as minhas estadias (todas com preço médio muito próximo, em Lima, Machu Picchu e outro em Cuzco). Sendo em sistema buffet (outro otimo ponto do protocolo de saude), com ocupação bastante alta e com pães duros e pessimas opções.Pra coroar nossa experiencia, precisamos fazer o teste PCR para voltarmos ao Brasil. Por recomendação do Novotel Cuzco (que havia ficado duas noites e recomendo), agendamos com um laboratório a retirada da amostra no proprio hotel (Casa Andina) no dia 31/12 às 7h30, dado que voltariamos no dia 01/01 ao Brasil e tinhamos um tour no Vale Sagrado às 8h30 do mesmo dia. Para nossa surpresa o hotel barrou a funcionaria do laboratorio, dizendo que era proibida a retirada de qualquer amostra no quarto dos hospedes ou qualquer ambiente do hotel pois isso assustaria os demais hospedes. Mesmo explicando diversas vezes que era uma exigencia para nossa viagem e não tinhamos sintomas não houve jeito, a incrivel solução que me sugeriram foi chamar um taxi para irmos até a clinica (15min de distancia), porém já haviamos perdido nosso horário do teste. Encurtando a confusão, perdemos nosso tour (dinheiro e experiencia), fomos até a clinica, aguardamos um encaixe na vespera de ano novo e felizmente conseguimos voltar à nossa casa, mas uma coisa é certa, Casa Andina nunca mais!

Muy buen lugar

Es un hotel muy bonito, todos los servicios son de buena calidad, durante la pandemia cuentan con todos los protocolos para cuidar a sus huéspedes. Es un gran lugar para hospedarse en cusco.

We stayed 2 nights with our 21 month old. The hotel was very family friendly - with a crib and high chair available on request. The hotel room was beautiful and comfortable. Location was great. Staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was included in the price.

This hotel is very luxury and the attention is very kindly, the protocol for covid it's very rigorous and effective.

El hotel es lindo y está bien ubicado, habitaciones cómodas y personal amable. Sin embargo para 5 estrellas le falta algo más, no habían pantuflas en la habitación y las amenities eran básicas. La ducha tenía baja presión de agua caliente. El desayuno estaba bien, aunque las frutas no estaban ricas, hay cosas que corregir, pero en medio de todo me gustó.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff was amazing. They serve free breakfast which I enjoyed every morning. They mix it up a bit as far as what they serve for breakfast so you dont have to worry about eating the same thing every morning.

Highly recommended! Airport transfer 5⭐️ Staff 5⭐️ Hotel position 5⭐️ Rooms (depending where you stay, we had the suite that’s overseeing the narrow street)quite noise and it shakes when the cars pass by, no ventilation in the room, just a window; if opened will get all the smell of car exhaust in the room! Stylish rooms and well equipped. 3.5⭐️ Food in the hotel 3⭐️( with all the amazing food that you could find in Cusco, the menu is pretty limited and very pricey)We had the unhappy situation when one of us got altitude sickness. The hotel provided the oxygen tank with instructions. We asked for a medic and they answered prompt and call an ambulance form a private clinic. They arrived in less then 10 min and provided an amazing service. We also decided to go to the hospital to make sure everything is ok. Be aware that will cost you 260 soles just for the medic to come. With all the treatments in the private clinic the bill was a around 3800 soles(payed to the clinic).The staff is truly amazing and kind, they’ve provided a great service and they are very humble people willing to help.Highly recommended hotel!

A great and affordable place to stay. We did some trekking tours in the area and really enjoyed the quite and comfortable luxury. The staff was always attractive and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and it is good to see how old buildings are renovated and kept in business.

Very happy with the resort. It is a boutique 4 star hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Has a large room attached to the hotel bar with a fireplace to comfortably sit and talk with friends after days worth of traveling. Excellent and welcoming staff. Spa was overpriced, not worth it. Morning breakfast was excellent. They have warm tea and coca leaves with hot water available 24/7. To summarize, you will definitely be satisfied by staying here.

Awesome place in Cuzco. Inca style rooms and very well maintained. Staff is so friendly that you will fall in love with all of them. Breakfast is another legendary service here. Strongly recommended.
