“Pathetic. Not worth of the money paid. We booked a premium pyramid view room to spend the weekend. It costs over $200 with breakfast. Our booking was for room with king size bed. But the gentleman in the reception gave us a twin bed room without saying anything. Upon seeing the room we mentioned about our booking and they said that premium room with king size bed is not available. Later they changed the room but I hardly can believe this could be a premium room. The buthtub is very small, no basic toiletries, overall very basic. The view of the pyramid also not anything wow. Strongly discourage to be here.”

“The best breakfast in Cairo! It became even better after the hotel became Marriott. Food is amazing, personnel is very friendly and does everything you ask for to make your stay incredible, lots of place for children to run around. Highly recommended!”

Definitely not worth the price. Comparing to a few other Egypt 5 star hotels the rooms are very dated and bathrooms far too basic. Upgraded room with pyramid view is lovely, but this is about all. Requested 2 bottles of water, $7.50, beyond ridiculous. Pool and garden area also very nice but far too cold to swim.

I loved the place so much the view of the pyramids, the room was so nice and relaxing, the green area and the hospitality of the staff. It's a nice place for kids too. My kid didn't want to leave the hotel and wanted to live there😂😂😂

My stay at the Mena House was amazing. This is a unique hotel with a rich history spanning over 150 years. The room was excellent with a awesome view of the pyramids. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous and the staff were super friendly. Would certainly come back.

This hotel was chosen by our trip organizer. Our room had a side view of the pyramids. Breakfast on the patio facing the pyramids is a plus, but not worth the negative of being stuck at least 45...
