Hotel razoável, com localização excelente. Café da manhã deixa a desejar, faltam frutas e o restaurante é pequeno para a capacidade do hotel. Limpeza e conservação geral do prédio deixa a desejar. Me os quartos são grandes.

Café da manhã delicioso, muita variedade em Comidas e bebidas. Quarto com carpete, mas bem limpo. Faxineiras limpam todo dia, se não quiser é só deixar aviso na porta. Não tive problemas no quesito segurança, não sumiu nada, nem mesmo as coisas de comer que ficavam em cima da mesa. Lavandeira e academia. Perto tem um mall com restaurantes ótimos. Ótima localização!!

Nao gostei. Hotel velho. Ta na hora de uma bela reforma. Pouca pressao na ducha do banheiro. A janela fechada deixa passar vento, o que nao é legal no inverno. Cafe da manha muito fraco, sem frutas, frios e leite quente (apenas frio). Fui pela avaliacao nota 8 e pouco do booking e quebrei a cara. Dos 9 dias q eu ficaria la, fiquei apenas 2 e mudei de hotel.

O hotel superou nossas expectativas. Confortável, limpo, café da manhã excelente, com reposição constante e diversas opções. Transfer diário para os parques da Disney e funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Após checkout deixamos as malas no hotel para andarmos por Orlando, serviço oferecido sem qualquer custo e com segurança. Muito bem localizado, com ótimas opções de restaurantes na regiao. Super recomendo.

Tudo fluiu muito bem durante a semana que passei no hotel. O check-in foi rápido e fácil e não tive nenhum problema durante o período.Algumas camareiras não falam inglês, mas nada que dificulte. O café da manhã é básico.Tem wi-fi gratuito que funciona muito bem e possui alguns shutters para a Disney e Universal.Valeu a pena pelo valor da diária.

Péssima. A pior de todas. Banheiro entupido... me colocaram no quarto de fundos no segundo andar de frente para 3 lixos grandes. As paredes do quarto cheio de mofo e minha esposa é alérgica. Pedi para trocar de quarto e fui mal tratado pela recepcionista e pelo gerente do hotel. Simplesmente falaram que não tinha quarto disponível e que eu deixaria minhas bagagens na recepção até que ver esse outro quarto mesmo se demorasse 2 dias. Um absurdo. Falta de respeito com o cliente... foi o que eu disse. E eles simplesmente falaram que lamentam. Mais nada. Nunca mais. Não indico a ninguém.

Minha experiência neste hotel não foi positiva. Nos colocaram num quarto no 6o andar. Dos dois elevadores existentes, só um estava funcionando. O elevador disponível era para todos os hóspedes e também para os funcionários, então já podem imaginar, né?! Pessoas, malas, carrinhos com toalhas sujas e lixos dos quartos, tudo junto e misturado. Cada vez que ia subir ou descer eram 10 min esperando o elevador. Esperava mais das instalações também. O teto do quarto com trincas, o quarto parecia meio velho, o carpete meio sujo e o ar condicionado estava imundo. Tosse alérgica todas as noites. A piscina fui no primeiro dia e ja desisti de ir denovo pois estava extremamente suja. Os pontos positivos são café da manhã muito bom, a cama é boa e as recepcionistas são bem educadas.

Checked in with Aisha. Had booking problems (glitch with booking.com). She was able to resolve the issue. Was able toget a room switch at request.The room look was updated - vary spacious! Shower has low pressure and doesn't get too hot as I like.The door had a big gap that the light from hallway came into the room.Housekeeping was upon request due to COVID by 10am day off service.Although we did as protocol, we came back to our room without such service (trash pick up and towel exchange).Aisha took care of it for us with a complimentary breakfast the next day!Hotel did what was needed - a place to lay our head down at the end of the day!

We only stayed here for a night (01/30) but we couldn’t had a better time! Rooms were clean and nice and the best part was the staff! I forgot the name of the lovely lady that took care of us when we came in but she was so helpful and wonderful and it was almost midnight! We couldn’t enjoy the free breakfast because of how early we had to leave.

We contacted the hotel to advise them that 2 people in outlet party had just tested positive for covid and we were also undergoing testing. We spoke to the manager who refused to cancel or adjust our dates. I explained that my only concern was for their employees and other guests. His only response was for us to wear masks. Clearly this place is not at all concerned for the safety of their guests and guests. After several stays at this property I will no longer be staying with them and would advise anyone considering a stay to please reconsider. I chose to not check in and lose my 6 day reservation with no refund because it’s the right thing to do. Please beware of this hotel !!!!!!

El servicio es horrible,no limpian,quien me atendió me dice que es una nueva medida por el COVID. Nunca limpiaron mi habitación, ni siquiera toallas limpias colocaban.el resto es un hotel aceptable.

Estuve en este hotel con mi familia y no lo recomiendo, el servicio realmente pésimo, le pedi a la recepcionista que necesitaba servicio a la habitación, limpieza, jabon, toallas nuevas, lo cual me fue negado por que las políticas nuevas que la limpieza era cada 3 noches, el tiempo que estuve alli no colocaron jabón, ni toallas limpias, pedi por favor por lo menos toallas ya que estaba con dos niños pequeños y al regresar al hotel nada no había toallas y todo igual. No regresaría jamas NO lo recomiendo.

The good: Rooms were clean (still did my own Lysol spray down upon entry).Front desk staff was welcoming and nice. Loved the balcony and pool area. Located in good area, everything you need is right there. Parking is a breeze.The not so good: No microwave in room, only 1 tiny microwave in the lobby area for the entire hotel’s guest to use (in a pandemic) dumbest idea ever. I waited 20 mins just to heat some pasta. Only 1 ice machine was working. I understand no housekeeping due to COVID however if someone is staying at the hotel Room Past 3 days, you would think that they would put more than 2 rolls of paper, coffee items and more towels in the room.

Ruby at the front desk was amazing since day 1. We stayed here for a week this December. When we first arrived there was an issue with room accommodations as they didn't have the one requested to accommodate our family although we had booked months in advance. It was crazy busy and Ruby helped get us the room we booked. She was so great and welcoming the entire stay. She was someone that everyone needs to work with very helpful and very diligent in crazy busy situations. Location was great. Snack bar was nice to have open 24/7 for the kids. Pool was great it was nice grabbing a beverage after a long day of Disney and activities and heading for the pool. Kids loved the pool. Shuttle bus only went to Disney a couple times a day so we had to use uber our whole stay. Was not impressed with that. They definitely need more shuttle accommodations for guests. There is a few places to walk to nearby like a shopping center with some small shops and restaurants so that was nice. Was hoping to get a nice view but some rooms have a view of a rooftop like ours. Breakfast was not free and in my conformation email it did say free breakfast so we didn't even end up eating breakfast at the hotel ever. Nice hotel overall and staff was great just a few things that would have made things easier.

This hotel needs some serious updating. The only thing that I can say positive about it was the air conditioning. Very cold. The pool was nice but couldn’t be used because it was outdoors and heater was broken. Pretty good location but old hotel. Housekeeping does not clean room on a daily basis so we had to beg for towels. Had to take out own garbage and never got extra garbage bags. So many more places to stay in same area. We won’t be staying there again.

Property is run down, gaps in the room, not clean floors, towels are old and over used!! There was only sheet on bed No think or thin blanket to wrap, not warm water, Whenever I call for any issue I was kept on hold., one night lady was really nice but rest, they were not at all courteous! Don’t spend anything more than $100 if you are going to sleep at night. I travel frequently to Orlando and There are better hotels around which is better than this with good price!

Então viajo bastante. Já fui a alguns países e já estive em Orlando antes, porém nunca fui tão bem recepcionado em todos esses anos como fui nesse hotel. As pessoas são extremamente amigáveis. A recepcionista Stefani e incrível. Super atenciosa e amigável. Sempre com sorriso no rosto e com humor e atenção excelente. Já na parte do restaurante fomos super bem atendidos por Maria ❤️ Atendendo com tanto carinho e dedicação ajuda inclusive a melhorar o nosso humor pela manhã. Obrigado pela estadia em especial a essas duas que fizeram a minha experiência ser ainda melhor.A localização do hotel e excelente. Próximo a tudo. Muito limpo e organizado. E o tem o custo benefício. Definitivamente voltarei. E super recomendo. Obrigado meninas pelo serviço impecável 🙌

Una estupenda experiencia, fuimos recibidos al final de la tarde por Nathan, persona muy atenta y amable quien efectuó el Check In, rápidamente nos dio indicaciones acerca de las instalaciones, los parques más visitados, los mejores outlets y los desayunos, donde fuimos atendidos por María y Gregorina, quienes brindaron un excelente servicio a la hora del desayuno (sabroso y accesible), el hotel está bien ubicado, con buen parqueo muy cercano a los premium Outlets y Gift Cernter, también a Disney y Universal.

Realmente vale lo que cuesta, sus Habitaciones muy limpias, aunque el Edredón de estaba manchado, pero era una mancha vieja, deberían renovarlos cuando ya tienen su cierto tiempo. Por lo demás; Excelente 👌

Siempre vengo a este hotel desde que lo remodelaron. Buena habitación para los parques y restaurantes. Lo único es que los muebles están un poco viejos .

Buena ubicación para combinar ir a los parques e ir de compras luego. El estacionamiento no es de ellos por lo que no garantizan la seguridad del coche. Atención fue correcta. Habitación amplia, cama cómoda, silencioso, buenas sabanas. Ducha y baño buenos.

La limpieza es pésima, el servicio no es de lo mejor, la piscina (que fue las razón principal para la renta de ese lugar) estaba sucia y se hicieron cargos "fantasmas" a nuestra tarjeta sin nuestro consentimiento. Honestamente no volveremos a hospedar en ese hotel.

Took 3 nights to get a blanket for the bed. The original was stained upon check in. No hot water at 4:30 in the afternoon for showers before dinner. Toilet isn’t working and maintenance man is not on site. Been waiting a hour so far. Paid for breakfast for the week, but expect to wait a while since there is only on person working. Still have three nights to go. Fingers crossed it gets better

I went up one night and we made it at 11pm so I didn’t even bother to move hotels or rooms but the room was at least renovated, which was nice, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling (no fan in there), hair on the bathroom ceiling, a stained bench, and horrible beds. It was a room without a balcony and the ceilings felt a little low. It was under 100 though and the lobby is cute.
