The shuttle service is my reason for a low score. There was too many inconveniences with using the shuttle service so I had to get my own transportation to and from the airport terminal. 👎👎 O serviço de transporte é a minha razão para uma pontuação baixa. I have never cried, so much in my entire life. I noticed some of my personal items, became missing. To make matters worst Cockroaches came out of the bathroom drain and kitchen sink. The hotel did a awesome job responding to have someone out to spray. But! it got worst, In time.No one cared to help me replace my missing items or help me spray my personal item to stop the spread of bugs. The front desk staff is amazing and always willing to help you. Eu nunca chorei, tanto em toda a minha vida. Notei que alguns dos meus itens pessoais desapareceram. Para piorar as coisas, baratas saíram do ralo do banheiro e da pia da cozinha. O hotel fez um trabalho incrível respondendo a alguém para pulverizar. Mas! ficou pior, com o tempo.Ninguém se importou em me ajudar a substituir meus itens perdidos ou me ajudar a pulverizar meu item pessoal para impedir a propagação de insetos. A equipe da recepção é incrível e sempre disposta a ajudá-lo.

The hotel was beautiful . The front desk staff was amazing.I really enjoyed my check in with the lady. She is a student going to school for nursing.She was pleasant and very nice. I enjoyed my check out experience with the hotel manager Gabe. O hotel era lindo. A equipe da recepção foi incrível. Eu realmente gostei do meu check-in com a senhora. Ela é uma estudante indo para a escola de enfermagem. Ela era simpática e muito simpática. Gostei da minha experiência de check-out com o gerente do hotel Gabe.

My stay here was the best experience I've had at a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and kept my room very clean and homey. I am especially appreciative of Heather who went the extra mile in making sure that I was well accommodated when something went wrong with my flight. She didn't have to go above and beyond but she did and for that I highly recommend staying here. 5 out of 5 stars!! Minha estadia aqui foi a melhor experiência que tive em um hotel. A equipe foi extremamente amigável e manteve meu quarto muito limpo e acolhedor. Estou especialmente agradecido por Heather, que se esforçou para garantir que eu estivesse bem acomodado quando algo deu errado com meu voo. Ela não tem que ir além, mas ela fez e por isso eu recomendo ficar aqui. 5 de 5 estrelas!!

Even though we didn't get there till almost 1130 we still enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, the rooms were spacious and roomy. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I will be staying here again in the near future.

My room was clean, even the towels smelled nice. The waffles at breakfast were amazing! I highly recommend this location and I would stay here again. Fiquei por duas semanas durante o treinamento para o trabalho. A equipe da recepção foi atenciosa e cortês, muito respeitosa e amigável. O serviço de transporte foi pontual e o motorista foi acolhedor. Meu quarto estava limpo, até as toalhas cheiravam bem. Os waffles no café da manhã foram incríveis! Eu recomendo esta localização e eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Bonito y tranquilo ideal para descansar tiene lo necesario para sentirte como en casa, cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito, wi-fi (no es bueno) hay restaurante y el menú del desayuno es variado rico y de calidad, tiene piscina con calefacción, en el jardín hay una pequeña palapa con su mesa, sillas y un asador, cuenta con transporte gratuito al aeropuerto y lugares cercanos. La atención por parte del personal es muy buena.
