我總共住了三次（2020年疫情期間，買便宜到爆表的住宿券）疫情前曾有致電訂房，那時感覺他們態度不是太好，雖然不知為何，但這不影響我對遠企香格里拉的好奇。前二次都還挺滿意的，清潔、豪華閣，因為在去之前就有做功課，知道豪華閣人多，所以也比較有耐心。就是要客房點餐時，接線人員不太耐煩，好，小事，生日入住有給蛋糕，對於我這種愛計較愛貪小便宜的中年女人而言，一個人入住也要講究儀式感的機車歐巴桑me，非常滿意香格里拉願意贈送我蛋糕，而且也真的贈送。到了最後一次入住，我買了雅士套房和一般房，分別給我的家人入住雅士，我住一般房，我們二人分開住，然後⋯⋯因為登記入住雅士的人不是我，雖然是我訂房和付款的，但我進不去豪華閣 我這裡學到了，訂雅仕就好 所以我取消了第二天的一般房，我跑去艾美住，這樣我又可以進豪華閣了。（很亂對吧？因為我的名字是登記在一般房，雅士則是登記給長輩所以我不能進豪華閣，這無關付款人訂房人，而是登記在那間房。而當我取消一般房的訂房，將我和家人名字一起登記在雅士，我就能進豪華閣！ 但是，我不喜歡和人睡，所以另外跑到艾美開另一間房！）在C/I時，此次也是安排在大廳C/I，排很長的隊，感嘆飯店生意好之餘，卻也讓同行高齡長輩等很久⋯⋯當我詢問豪華閣穿紅衣服的妹子為什麼不行在豪華閣辦理入住時，妹子不耐煩的指指面前的房卡：人多！而第三次清潔度大幅下降，則是讓我決定下次再也不住的主要原因，我知道房務很忙，我知道旅館業人員充滿著心酸，應付我們台灣鯛真的很累很累，但疫情期間⋯⋯好吧，此次入住之後，除非多年過後，有必須要住的理由，不然，台北城市度假尚有好多地方可選！

溫馨的服務 11/11 四對夫妻入住，出遊時請飯店叫車，不小心將太陽眼鏡掉在車上，心急萬分，沒想到飯店的員工 Tiffany 小姐，居然找到原來的車輛，隔天就送回到飯店，更感謝司機先生的熱心，實在讓人窩心。

這次使用布萊恩的方案入住，可以享受迎賓閣的套房。從樓下櫃臺到迎賓閣櫃臺的服務人員都非常親切，而房間有種復古風格，雙洗手檯和2間廁所的設計很貼心，空間寬敞，高樓層的視野很寬廣，迎賓閣的空間和食物也有相當水準，美中不足的是因爲是舊飯店，網路和電視的收訊和清晰度較不佳。另外這次忘了去頂樓的泳池，下次有機會再訪時一定去欣賞美景。

可以內用後首次造訪飯店自助餐 原本是慕那鼎泰豐而來 但是和我內心所期許的差太多了服務人員很親切收盤子也滿快的 餐點品項覺得偏少不夠豐富 海鮮食材都算新鮮 甜點種類算多的了 水果切好拼成一盤讓人拿，視覺上看起來感受不太好 飲料去只有一台咖啡機，要喝咖啡就需要排隊 整體來說真的和我所想像的不太一樣😅不過也有可能是因為防疫所以有些東西不同吧 如果有機會，等真的全解封了 還是願意再來試試看的

Desta vez, fiquei na suíte Yashi do projeto Brian e trouxe amigos para o aniversário. Os móveis em estilo chinês são elegantes e a decoração floral é muito atenciosa. Quando o bolo de aniversário foi entregue, a equipe de serviço descobriu que tínhamos trazido vinho, então eles tomaram a iniciativa de fornecer cubos de gelo e usar o Horizon Club. Os amigos pedindo uma bebida casualmente mencionaram que os ursinhos de goma são deliciosos, e depois os ofereceram juntos, fazendo com que todos sentissem que o serviço é muito atencioso. Os pisos superiores têm excelentes vistas.

Se recomienda encarecidamente el alojamiento en planta ejecutiva del Horizon Club, ya sea en viaje de negocios o en familia, es muy cómodo y espacioso.Además, el baño está separado por un pasillo de un guardarropa, que apenas se ve afectado por el sonido del secador de pelo junto a la cama.Debido a que Shangri-La está ubicado al costado de Anhe Road y no hay otros edificios altos, la vista nocturna de la piscina en el piso superior también es muy hermosa.Existen algunas restricciones en las comidas debido a la epidemia, pero el servicio y el personal del restaurante son muy buenos y amables. Presta atención a algunos pequeños detalles.En general, en comparación con otros hoteles, este precio está en línea con su nivel. A toda nuestra familia le gusta mucho.

Such a pleasant stay! Friendly and helpful staffs. The room was extremely comfortable. The food from MarcoPolo restaurant was also great! Sincerely recommend :)

A five stars hotel that doesn’t have a bar for the customers to have a drink before dinner doesn’t deserve this status . Definitely it’s not worth the money . Will never stay in any Shangri-la. What a real disappointment.

Stayed in the Plaza Suite with Horizon Club benefits. After checking in on the 36th floor we were ushered to afternoon tea. We chose hot tea and a cappuccino and were served a fruit plate and small desert plate due to coronavirus. No buffet. The food was unremarkable but the view of the city was nice.We were asked to select a time slot for happy hour but we didn't end up going, as the afternoon tea was so unremarkable it seemed not even worth the effort. The actual suite was nice with a full bathroom, half bath, full size dining table and couch. Fresh fruit was offered and a fresh orchid stem was in the bathroom. Unfortunately for a hotel and room of this caliber the TVs were out of date but the rest of the room was quite nice and comfortable. Unfortunately breakfast was not very pleasant and not what I would expect for the room price and higher amentiny level class. There was a long line and people were not social distanced as we waited to be seated in the restaurant that could only seat a limited amount of people. During a period like this, breakfast should be just served in rooms, especially for Horizon Club access rooms. Regular room service prices were absolutely outrageous, even for U.S. standards, or I would have just left and ordered room service. I have stayed in the SL in Tainan and the club benefits were quite nice (non coronavirus times) and the regular rooms are a good value. If you are going to spend money on a suite, I would recommend going to the Taipei W instead. To the hotel's credit, when I gave feedback online about the breakfast overcrowding (non social distance safety issue) they called me personally and indicated they had taken this seriously and changed their procedures.

Stayed multiple times, one of my favourite Hotel in Taipei. Would recommend. a little note, walking distance from the MRT might take a while.

Check-in was SUPERB!Kent and Emily welcomed me as soon as I arrived. Both provide excellent service, hotel details, and a genuine caring feeling for this returning guest. Very comfortable room, nice roof-top pool, and everyone is gracious, friendly, and warmly welcoming. I am already looking forward to my next stay. Thank you again Kent and Emily!

This is a highly recommended buffet. They serve very unique and delicious food. Many selections from small dishes like dim sum to Beijing duck, fresh cooked seafood to hot soups, yummy desserts and fresh fruits. Especially thanks to Chef Fung, my family and friends were able to enjoyed special dishes from Xi An, China. 感謝西安的馮師傅，讓我們吃到了好吃的麵食 😊

Spent the weekend for staycation at this hotel. It’s a decent 5-star hotel which offers great breakfast, lounge bar food and drinks. Rooms were pretty spacious and bed was comfortable. It has a gym, a sauna, and two outdoor pools. The one at the rooftop has a great view of Taipei. Overall it’s a great hotel with all-you-can-imagine services.

The dining and service of this Taipei institution are rock solid. Which is quite a thing to say, considering that this establishment arguably attracts some of the most cosmopolitan and wealthy of the Taiwan jet-set. I say this after having dined at three of their restaurants and stayed overnight more than once. Others may remark that there exist newer and posher places in Taipei, but there is simply no substitute for superb service. Make sure you experience their Horizon Club! (PS: Their employees also look movie-ready, but that is beside the point.)

Highly recommended.. the vibes of the hotel are elegant. the rooms are spacious, with nice sofa, desks and, beds are really bigger and softer. The morning breakfast are really good with wide variety of dishes, are of best quality and taste. The bathroom has good accessories provided.

Ya it's a bit old, but food and service is still top of the line. You could almost say its an old fashioned establishment

It's been a while to come back here. everything looks the same and staffs are still very friendly. the room is quiet and clean. Breakfast is also quite decent. definitely will come back again with my family to enjoy a short break here.

Customer service great! We checked in and realized it was a connecting room so there was a door in between the rooms but I didn’t know what it was back then. Other than the weirdness of having a door that doesn’t do anything in your room and directly connects to another stranger’s room, we were able to hear the next door neighbor as they were quite loud. Called the reception and they responded to change our room immediately although we had to wait in the same room until 17:00, not a problem at all. Hotel gave us an upgrade during our stay and also wine. Only recommendation is to well-informed the customers before they check -in, it wasn’t too nice in the beginning. Oh and the room cleaning service is from 9-17:00, be sure to kindly inform the customers this as well. We specially checked with the receptionist but this was not brought to our attention until we came back around 14:00 and the room was not cleaned yet, this could be nice to tell the guests too:) Appreciate all the staffs and also the duty manager during the night shift - Tommy Lin for making our stay happier despite the confusions. Will come back.

The only thing we want to suggest is that if possible, please accompany the free dish of fruits in the room (for welcoming) with a knife that we can use to remove the pericarp of fruits. Some fruits like apples will need such a knife. Also, a smaller additional dish for fruit-eating also is recommended. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!
