No sé puede pedir más para unas vacaciones. Hotel muy bonito, no es nuevo, pero está actualizado. Jardines y piscinas espectaculares. Todo muy muy limpio. El personal de diez, tanto recepción, restaurante,spa, cafetería... son muy atentos, amables y cercanos .... podría hacer una reseñacon todos los nombres que creo merecen ser destacados.... Por no hacerla muy larga, nombraré sólo a Jesús....te nos ganaste, amigo....y a mi hijo también. Todo cuidado al detalle (fue el cumpleaños de mi mujer, que era quien había reservado el hotel, y por sorpresa al volver por la tarde encontramos una banda de felicidades, una caja de bombones y una botella de cava)... qué más se puede decir. El buffet muy variado y muy bueno... Espero volver alguna vez a puerto de la Cruz y a Tenerife xq me ha encantado....y no tengo dudas, volveré a éste pedazo de hotel a disfrutarlo y a disfrutar del equipo tan maravilloso que hace que tú estancia sea inolvidable. Muito bom adoramos a estadia.

La estancia fue muy agradable. El hotel ya tiene sus años pero está muy bien cuidado. Sin duda, su principal atractivo es la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal. Quiero hacer una mención especial para Iván, de recepción. tuve un contratiempo personal y se tomó las molestias de solucionarlo, estuvo pendiente a nosotros y además nos buscó una habitación increíble. La zona de piscina, jardines , bares y ocio está muy bien. Buena limpieza en general. El bufet no es amplio pero sí de calidad, la comida es bastante buena. Lo que mas nos gustó fue que después de entregar la habitación, nos dejaron estar allí el resto del día sin quitarnos la pulsera del todo incluido. Algo que se debería mejorar es el ambiente después de la actuación nocturna, deberían dejar algo de música puesta para que la gente pueda pasar un rato más agradable.

Fantastic Hotel, superb facilities and great food. There are 3 restaurants - all the staff are naturally friendly and helpful. Even with a lot of persons staying here the staff remember you personally. Spotless everywhere, deserves six stars!! The selection and variety of fare in the restaurant is astounding and excellent quality.

Lo que más nos gustó el hotel fué el trato. Las habitaciones podrían estar mejor.El restaurante,la verdad que está bien,hay variedad. Nos gustó mucho la zona de jardines y la piscina. Y con respecto a la animación de noche ... Deberíais poner cantantes en condiciones 🤦🏻‍♀️ Saludos

Nos encantó el hotel, una estancia de 3 noches todo incluido. El buffet con variedad, aunque salimos a cenar 2 días por cambiar, porque comida y cena en buffet era repetitivo. En 3 noches, incluye una cena en uno de los restaurantes del hotel (realmente es el mismo local, pero cada noche es o Portofino, o Mediterráneo). La comida del restaurante del hotel Mediterráneo está bien, aunque los postres no tan buenos. El vino que te sirven tampoco es lo mejor, pero como está incluido… Antes de el check-in puedes bajarte la app de Bahía Hoteles, metiendo datos y fotos del DNI, porque desde la app es donde debes reservar las 3 comidas del día y también las actividades de animación o tours. Este método de per-reserva creo que lo hacen para evitar aglomeraciones en etapa covid. También puedes reservar a través de una máquina que hay en el hall de recepción, pero vimos que la máquina a veces no funcionaba. Con el todo incluido te dan una pulsera con un chip, con el que controlan las reservas de comida que has hecho, a la entrada del buffet. El snack bar está abierto de 9 ha 18h, y siempre tienen fruta, dulces y salados, e incluye todas las bebidas locales. El personal super atento y amable, en un desayuno pregunté por kiwi ya que a penas tenían fruta real, era casi todo en almíbar, y me dijo el chico que no había, pero iba a ver. Cuando acabamos el desayuno, me vino a buscar expresamente para avisarme de que ya había traído el kiwi. Todo un detalle. En el bar, pedimos manzanilla en taza grande, pero eran las tazas estándar, otro camarero nos escuchó y nos dio un vaso grande de cristal, y nos lo pudimos subir a la habitación. En recepción, el mejor es Iván, que le pides las cosas y siempre lo consigue, pero los de la tarde-noche pasan un poco del tema, les dijimos que si podían subir mantas y una kettle y no nos hicieron caso, y que el agua de la ducha no calentaba. Al día siguiente se lo pedimos a Iván y todo solucionado. Lo malo es que el agua de la ducha seguía sin estar caliente, era como ducharse con agua del tiempo. Solo por esta razón no damos 5 estrellas, si no 4. Pero Ivan nos asigno una muy buena habitación con vistas a las montañas y al mismo tiempo al mar, con una gran terraza. Nos gustó mucho el entretenimiento / animación del hotel, en especial Marco, que el primer día al llegar tan pronto (9:30), nos mantuvo entretenidas y nos dio diversión con tiro con arco y dardos, además que fue un chico muy majo y amable. Los horarios de las actividades están ajustados a los horarios de los extranjeros sobre todo, porque madrugan mucho y cenan super pronto. Nos gustó también el agua de cortesía en la habitación, una botella grande, que te reponían sin problema. Y los sillones en cada planta frente a los ascensores mientras los esperas, todo un acierto. También nos dimos un masaje en el hotel, el relajante se queda flojo pero el descontracturante fue bueno. Respecto a ubicación, frente a la playa y a pocos pasos de todas las tiendas y restaurantes del paseo marítimo, a 5minutos a pie del lago Martianez, que merece mucho la pena visitar, a nosotros nos llovió, por lo que no pudimos bañarnos, pero para hacer fotos y descansar en las tumbonas está genial. El último día tuvimos un percance con el taxi, el hotel nos reservó un taxi al aeropuerto, y según llegó el nuestro, otro taxista que vino con intención de querer problemas porque quería hacer él el trayecto, casi atropella a nuestra taxista. Llamamos a los encargados del hotel que intentaron solucionarlo, pero fue todo un susto, el taxista problemático ni nos dejaba irnos del sitio. Esto es un problema que por lo visto suele pasar bastante.

Wasn’t at all what we were expecting. First got a room (506) that smelled horrible like an old cigarette smoke. We went to reception and told that we could not sleep there, we got an headache just being there for an hour. Crazy thing was when I said there is a problem with our room, receptionist took a paper where they fill out complaints. In this paper was already a room 506 and something like cigarette smoke written after. So they already knew the problem in this room and still gave it to customers.Anyway the reception told us they really cannot do anything, no refund and no new room since every room is booked. Only thing they could do was to sent cleaning lady spray some soap to our room. That soap smell covered the cigarette smoke for 30min… We decided to book another hotel room from hotel orotava next door and it was really nice experience.Next day we got our new room in Bahia. Room didn’t smell and was better. Manager treated us better in the morning but still no apologies or refunds. No check up from anyone if we liked our room or had better experience.The room was old and little bit deteriorated. In the toilet ventilation window was right next to neighbours so you could hear everything from there. Food was tasteless and quality really suffered from the amount of the food. Don’t book this hotel.

Hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment.Room we had on the 13th floor had a great view of Tiede but the bathroom had a terrible smell and despite three complaints about it it was not resolved. We became used to the smell but knew it was always there and the bathroom had to be kept firmly closed at all times. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner had plenty of choices with plenty of different areas catering for all tastes. The staff were very helpful especially Denis, nothing was too much trouble. There is a lack of information about what is going on in the hotel and about the facilities avalable. If you can download the app do so as you can book meals etc without having to queue to use the touchscreen. Very nice pool area with different pools for different ages etc. Well stocked bars.

We just had 1 week at this hotel and for us was a poor experience unfortunately and definitely will never go back there. The room are very outdated, the bathroom floods if you use the shower on full power. You have to use 3-4 towels to stop the water reaching the wooden floor in the hallway . Its funny as the hotel ask kindly to reuse the towels. The food in the buffet restaurant its hit and miss , poor signs with what you really put on your plate , rude staff everywhere and the ones are really friendly stand out by a mile. The A la Carte restaurant not better either.For god sake do not add salt before you try food, its clear the cooks has no idea of daily salt intake.The bar staff friendly enough but the quality of the all inclusive drinks very poor quality. The entertainment team, shocking 😳.Two clowns who show no respect , very intrusive,loud and total rubbish.Overall bad choice to spend my 50th birthday.

Todo genial, el hotel está muy bien pero sin duda hay que destacar la atención de los empleados y diversión de las actividades. Son todos brutales, extremadamente atentos al detalle camareros/recepción/animación/limpieza... Sin duda repetiremos! Jesús (camarero) le ponemos 20 sobre 10!! Muy majo y detallista!

Hotel muy bien situado, tranquilo en marzo con la mayoría de huéspedes alemanes. Comida correcta sin grandes pretensiones. No vale la pena el todo incluido, cócteles de grifo y solo bebidas alcohólicas de marca blanca. Habitaciones limpias y correctas, aunque el mobiliario es algo antiguo. Relación calidad precio correcto

Lo mejor de todo es el trato y amabilidad del personal... Muy eficaz... Les doy un 10.Buenas zonas comunes y piscina. Buffet de calidad media. De los restaurantes temáticos no podemos opinar porque no entran con la MP (sería de pago) ;con el TI si entran. Las habitaciones con mobiliario anticuado y algo pequeñas y con olor a cocina a pesar de estar en planta 14...q sin problema se soluciono y nos ofrecieron habitación renovada.

Great value, great service - staff work really hard. Would've been nice to have tea /coffee in the room but always available downstairs, location is great - easy to access beach, town. Lovely views over the sea. Walk to the rock pools to feed the fish bread and watch the paragliders flying past and land just along from the hotel, lovely relaxing break.

I was generally very pleased with this hotel. The service from the bar staff to the dining staff was excellent and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment. As an all-inclusive guest the access to food was wide and varied although I would not recommend eating in every night as the choice was fairly repetitive. Thankfully with our 1 week stay we were able to enjoy two nights of fine dining which was also included for all inclusive guests. Entertainment was average and definitely could see improvement. Our room was basic but comfortable and although we were expecting air conditioning, it was not available during our stay due to a hotel wide fault. The reception did however compensate us for the inconvenience by providing a fan and offering a free room extension on the day of our departure.

A nice hotel, somewhat let down by its high-rise structure and small-ish rooms (though there are some great views from the relatively spacious balconies). The staff are courteous and professional, and the place generally has a warm and welcoming vibe. It seems like an ideal venue for families with young children, of which there were many. The food is decent if basic, and there is plenty of it if you go with the buffet option - though vegans are going to struggle. There is a medium-sized pool, which is clean and well-tended. There are also various bars which do great cocktails. Perhaps the best bit is the spa, which does an amazing massage/jacuzzi/sauna treatment which I would highly recommend - particularly for couples on romantic getaways!

Hotel de 4* que más buen es de 3* justas.1. Spa y piscina cubierta de pago. Restaurante bufet variado pero de calidad muy mejorable.2. Las bebidas son de pago y no entran en la media pensión...lo peor te dicen que el agua te la tienen que cobrar, cuando en España los establecimientos están obligados a dar agua al cliente que lo necesita.3. Mucha gente en el comedor sin ventilación alguna, poco apropiado en época de pandemia.4. Personal de recepción con escasos conocimientos del funcionamiento.5. Moqueta descolorida en algunas habitaciones.6. Quizá lo más relevante, hotel para guiris, la cena dicen que es hasta las 10, cuando a las 9.30 recogen toda la comida y te quedas sin poder coger ni el postre, eso si...amablemente pasn los camareros a decirte que se cierra a las 9.30.

Muy buen hotel. Le pongo un 10 al personal. Sin duda. Lo único que cambiaría es el tema comida buffet. Está muy enfocado al turismo alemán. Y no hay variedad para niños. Por lo demás muy bien. Habitación amplia. Limpieza bien.

Excelente ubicación,fui con mi madre y mi sobrino de 5 añosy tengo que destacar la buena atención por parte de los empleadossobretodo de Denisy Yaiza en el restaurante que se preocuparon por hacernos sentir como en casa y muy cariñosos con el niño, lo que se debería mejorar es el aire acondicionado de la junior suiteque no enfriaba casi nada al igual que la presión de la ducha, del resto todo super genial,volveremos sin duda.

Bom ambiente,limpeza 5 * staff muito simpático e profissional.A repetir de certeza.

Ahora en septiembre haremos 20 años de casados y estuvimos en este hotel de luna de miel .Todo muy bien a la hora de excursiones avisábamos de no estar a la hora de almuerzo y la cambiábamos por la cena ,todo cerca el trenecito para ir al loro parque centro comercial al lado lagos martianez . Muy contentos no sólo con lagente del hotel sino con los tinerfeños .Intentaremos volver pero con mis hijos para que vean la isla ❤️

The staff is fantastic, food selection and quality is nice, and there are ample chairs at the pool. The hotel staff is constantly cleaning and tidying up. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good, friendly helpful staff, junior suite rooms are very spacious and wonderful views over the coast. Entertainment is pleasant but not spectacular. Hotel quite dated but lots of work continuing and extremely clean and tidy. Food is good.

The friendliest staff who can’t do enough for you really make the whole experience at this hotel brilliant. Food was great and varied, the a la carte Italian was a lovely evening and the atmosphere here on Xmas day has been brilliant, again thanks to the amazing staff. Location wise it’s ideal - right on the sea front and close enough to the town centre for an easy walk but far enough away that it’s peaceful. We’ve had an amazing holiday, thank you!

Superb Hotel; directly at the sea side. We had a wonderful time in their great suit and we really enjoyed their food. Highly recommended!!

Clean good sized room with spacious balcony. Old fashioned style but with mod cons. Good choice of food, pleasant traditional decor, efficient service. Fab kids pool, plenty of room for older kids to play safely. Excellent kids club. Mini disco and good entertainment. Location near beach and shops ideal for older and younger guests.

This hotel is in a good location, close to the seafront and only a short stroll from the main town centre. The beach isn't really suitable for swimming though and is a more wavy sea and black...
