“Five Star Hotel, spotless clean rooms, excellent customer service, Superior buffet”

“The lounge staffs are very rude, two of refused to refill the wine for me after the second glasses. she told me that I drink too fast and the hotel will lose money and she will be in trouble.
After she called to the office to clarify that Platinum guests can have unlimited drink at the happy hour then she refill very little wine for me and warn me to drink slowly, that's the terrible experience at the happy hour, then she hide the in dish washing room all the time and talking to her colleague loud.
Spa was terrible, they allowed guests to smoke in the spa lobby.
Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable, shower room with a heated floor.
Overall stay experience was ruined by the rude staff at the happy hour, how can a hotel staff lecturing a guest.”
