I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Atlanta Airport for a work trip. They were incredibly accommodating with our tight timeline and our multiple chances of attendees and rooms. Once we arrived, they helped us set up the meeting room and day of our training were there to bring our catering and breakfast. Anything I needed, they were there to assist. The rooms were perfectly fine for an airport hotel, and it was close to everything we needed.

My stay was horrible had a employee in my room eating chips and on his phone when I checked into my room. Call front desk to report that situation she laughed at me and said he was just cleaning the room. Couldn’t leave no other available hotels for my family Took staff two day to answer my complaint. My daughter ask for towels and was told towels was on hold. Was told my bill needed to be paid when in fact my bill was already paid. Key cars didn’t work staff say me at door and didn’t move. The room had a smell and there was a very loud employee in charge of breakfast which make a quiet morning breakfast impossible. The pool area was not clean. This hotel is not a good choice for families I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Hilton has a standard and I enjoyed there brand but this hotel falls way short of that brand that I am used too.

If it wasn’t for the young man in the housekeeping department this review would get one star. He was the only one that was polite, helpful and offered any assistance. I wish I knew his name. He was a young black man with short locs in his hair. The only good part of this hotel. The front desk staff act as if they have better things to do. Not friendly at all, no manners, and offer no help or assistance. Also, the carts that they have customers use to carry their belongings up is the worst I’ve ever seen. They should invest in some better more durable and effective carts. Bed had stains on the cover. Couch looks dingy, old, and dirty. Room has an odor. So disappointed. Won’t stay ever again!

Tive o prazer de trabalhar com a Miss Maple e, honestamente, nunca experimentei um atendimento ao cliente tão acima e além. Realmente não poderia ter ficado mais feliz não apenas com a forma como ela nos ajudou, mas também com o conhecimento que ela tinha! Eu definitivamente voltarei a este local por causa da senhorita Maple. I had the pleasure of working with Miss Maple and I have honestly never experienced such a above and beyond customer service. Genuinely could not have been happier with not only how she helped us but also with how knowledgeable she was! I will definitely be returning to this location all because of miss Maple. Will most definitely have to reach out to General Manager Miss Taylor to let her know to never let go of such a strong employee. Honestly words aren't enough to describe such a fine young lady. An amazing warm face if she was having a bad day you couldn't tell because she was always at the top of her game. Thank you Maple you have no idea how amazing you are.

Minha estadia no Homewood Suites at College Park, Georgia foi a pior estadia que já experimentei em qualquer hotel que já fiquei. A gerente geral agiu como se administrasse um campo de internação. Eu pedi para ser transferido e levou mais de uma semana para eles me mudarem para outro quarto. O novo quarto tinha o mesmo cheiro desagradável. O hotel nunca me tirou daquele quarto, embora eu tenha pedido para me mudar por semanas. Eu pesquisei sobre que tipo de cheiro os percevejos exalavam e descrevi o cheiro que eu estava sentindo. Consegui esmagar um dos percevejos que me morderam. Saiu sangue no lençol. Liguei para a recepção do hotel e relatei que havia percevejos na minha cama e que se passaram mais de três horas antes que alguém da equipe do hotel viesse verificar o quarto. Outras 2 1/2 horas se passaram e eu não ouvi de nenhum outro membro da equipe. Nesse ponto eu fiz check-out daquele hotel. Liguei para o escritório corporativo da Hilton e fui informado de que cabia ao gerente geral do hotel resolver meus problemas. Eu estava de volta à estaca zero. Nada foi resolvido. Eu não recomendaria o meu pior inimigo para Homewood Suites By Hilton. Eu tenho um vídeo dos percevejos vivos e a mancha de sangue nos lençóis.

My stay at the Homewood Suites at College Park, Georgia was the worst stay I've experienced at any hotel I have ever stayed at. The General Manager acted as though she ran an internment camp. I was bitten multiple times by bed bugs and had to visit a doctor. There was a obnoxious smell in the room and I ended up having to go to the doctor again and given prescription for an inhaler and prednisone pills. I asked to be moved and it took over a week for them to move me to another room. The new room had the same obnoxious smell. The hotel never moved me from that room though I asked to move for weeks. I googled about what kind of smell bed bugs gave off and described the smell I was experiencing. I was able to smash one of the bed bugs that bit me. Blood came out on the sheet. I called the hotels desk and reported that there were bed bugs in my bed and it was over three hours before someone from the hotel staff came to check out the room. Another 2 1/2 hours went by and I didn't hear from any other staff members. At that point I checked out of that hotel.I called Hilton corporate office and was informed that it was up to the hotels General Manager to resolve my issues. I was back at square one. Nothing was resolved. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to Homewood Suites By Hilton. I have a video of the live bed bugs and the blood stain on the bed sheets.

Soooo not happy with the Hilton chain. This is my second start here since Late November and it was the same… sub par. The rooms always have something wrong! Both rooms were super dusty with cobwebs and general dirt. The dishes in this king suite were dirty. I asked for towels to be sent to the room and after two calls they still didn’t come. I went to get the towels myself and found The person to deliver the towels was sitting in the lobby busy watching football. The toilet ran ALL NIGHT. The maintenance guy NEVER wore a mask. Both elevators were broken and I was on the 5th floor.The staff is nice. Unfortunately they seem to be working with substandard facilities.Bring an Honors Member just might not be worth it. This hotel is just ok. It’s sort of a last resort for me though. No reason to stay here again. Moving on.Hope your experience is better!

First when I went to the room stuff was missing had to call front desk and they never brought it then I had housekeeping clean my room and it looked like they just played in it took the towels and rugs and didn't put them back.Then I was on the 6 floor and both elevators was down had to take everything down the stairs at check out time. I enjoyed the pool that's about it. It wasn't worth the 150 a night.

Buena ubicacion cerca al aeropuerto con parqueo gratis. Los cuartos son grandes y comodos, tambien tienen cocina. El hotel incluye desayuno todas las mañana y cena 4 veces a la semana. La comida es decente pero los empleados deben de reponerla mas seguido y manterla fresca.

Excelente, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
