“My stay here was the best experience I've had at a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and kept my room very clean and homey. I am especially appreciative of Heather who went the extra mile in making sure that I was well accommodated when something went wrong with my flight. She didn't have to go above and beyond but she did and for that I highly recommend staying here. 5 out of 5 stars!!”

“I have never cried, so much in my entire life. I noticed some of my personal items, became missing. To make matters worst Cockroaches came out of the bathroom drain and kitchen sink. The hotel did a awesome job responding to have someone out to spray. But! it got worst, In time.No one cared to help me replace my missing items or help me spray my personal item to stop the spread of bugs. The front desk staff is amazing and always willing to help you. Eu nunca chorei, tanto em toda a minha vida. Notei que alguns dos meus itens pessoais desapareceram. Para piorar as coisas, baratas saíram do ralo do banheiro e da pia da cozinha. O hotel fez um trabalho incrível respondendo a alguém para pulverizar. Mas! ficou pior, com o tempo.Ninguém se importou em me ajudar a substituir meus itens perdidos ou me ajudar a pulverizar meu item pessoal para impedir a propagação de insetos. A equipe da recepção é incrível e sempre disposta a ajudá-lo.”
