Quartos médios. Banheiros muito pequenos e o cano da pia estava quebrado. O banheiro inteiro foi inundado. Tradicional café da manhã continental com o toque da região, arepas. Cocktails muito pobres e caros. Serviço, bom, mas parece melhor.

Habitaciones promedio. Baños muy pequeños y la tubería del lavamanos estaba rota. Todo el baño amenecio inundado. Desayuno continental tradicional con el toque de la zona, arepas. Cócteles muy pobres y costosos. Servicio, bueno pero aparecen mejores.

Average rooms. Very small bathrooms and the sink pipe was broken. The entire bathroom was flooded. Traditional continental breakfast with the touch of the area, arepas. Very poor and expensive cocktails. Service, good but appear better.

No lo recomiendo, no volvería. Hotel Nuevo, aún en construcción con bastante ruido todo el día. El costo está muy alto para lo que ofrecen,no tienen nada, muy simple. Un hotel 2 estrellas.Algunas personas muy amables, pero también hay otrascon cero atención al cliente.Experiencia poco agradable, restaurante muy básico.

Hotel novo, com quartos confortáveis, mas não luxuosos. Muito adequado para ir a Cartagena para o trabalho. A localização é ideal, a 5 minutos do centro.

Não recomendo, não voltaria. Hotel novo, ainda em construção com muito barulho o dia todo. O custo é muito alto pelo que oferecem, não tem nada, muito simples. Um hotel de 2 estrelas. Algumas pessoas muito legais, mas também há outras com zero atendimento ao cliente. Experiência desagradável, restaurante muito básico.

I do not recommend it, I would not return. New hotel, still under construction with a lot of noise all day. The cost is very high for what they offer, they have nothing, very simple. A 2 star hotel. Some very nice people, but there are also others with zero customer service. Unpleasant experience, very basic restaurant.

We last minute booked this hotel and we were thrilled with our experience. The front desk staff were kind. It's a newer hotel which is great. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom and it doesn't come as stocked as other hotels (just basic soaps) but it was VERY clean with a comfy bed and nice little terrace. Jorge at the rooftop bar was amazing!! He was very kind and we had a nice meal on the roof (also very new and nice). I would recommend this hotel for anyone with a morning flight as it is close to the airport. Yummy breakfast buffet too!! Reservamos este hotel no último minuto e ficamos emocionados com a nossa experiência. A equipe da recepção foi gentil. É um hotel mais novo que é ótimo. Não havia secador de cabelo no banheiro e não vem tão abastecido quanto em outros hotéis (apenas sabonetes básicos), mas era MUITO limpo, com uma cama confortável e um pequeno terraço agradável. Jorge no bar da cobertura foi incrível! Ele foi muito gentil e tivemos uma boa refeição no telhado (também muito novo e agradável). Eu recomendaria este hotel para qualquer pessoa com um voo matinal, pois fica perto do aeroporto. Delicioso buffet de café-da-manhã também!!

Es un hotel nuevo, sin embargo a pesar de esto no tiene sistema anti ruido, se escucha todo lo que pasa en la calle y en las habitaciones contiguas, descansar con eso es muy difícil, la comida muy poco variada y no tiene agua caliente, no recomiendo este hotel

No lo recomiendo tiene buenas instalaciones pero la atención de la muchacha morenita que manda a los meseros es pésima los regaño porque ella no quería que me calentaran una comida para mi niño y tampoco tenía el papel disponible para firmar el huésped la autorización aparte la habitación nos la dieron con el piso lleno de agua y el desayuno cero variedad las instalaciones bonitas pero deben cambiar ciertas personas q trabajan allá muy prepotente esa niña

Conta com uma grande equipe humana que se harmoniza com a estética e o atendimento. Tudo está pronto para um desfrutar. Gostei muito da piscina que fica no décimo terceiro andar, dos deliciosos coquetéis e do preço justo. O quarto é muito confortável e tem tudo o que você precisa para sua estadia. É muito tranquilo e a varanda é espaçosa com uma vista incrível para o mar. Eu estava perdendo dias para continuar gostando.

Cuenta con un granun equipo humano q armoniza con la estética y el servicio. Todo está dispuesto para uno poder disfrutar. Me gustó mucho la piscina q está en el piso trece, los cócteles deliciosos y el precio justo. La habitación muy confortable y con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Es muy tranquilo y el balcón amplio y con una vista al mar increíble. Me faltaron días para seguir disfrutandolo.

It has a great human team that harmonizes with aesthetics and service. Everything is ready for one to enjoy. I really liked the pool that is on the thirteenth floor, the delicious cocktails and the fair price. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. It is very quiet and the balcony is spacious with an incredible view of the sea. I was missing days to continue enjoying it.
