The concierge was simply awesome. He helped us plan the trip well and had great insights about the surrounding areas. They have a nice pool and Golf area (Golf was closed during our visit). They have a decent in-house restaurant as well. Only problem was that we had a tough time getting the room service to change our sheets as the housekeeping lady did not understand English.

Enjoyed my stay here. On the way to a great view of the red rocks. Has a nice grassy backspace and nice lobby. Staff all seemed friendly. Also pet friendly. The front desk loved my dog. Nice little place for a vacation as well. Be careful with the extra fees though

Rooms are dated but very clean and spacious, comfortable. They are dog friendly and our furry brat enjoyed the premises very very much. We had breakfast at their patio restaurant with our doggy, good food and great service. The premises are amazing, pics included.

Overall not a bad place to stay. I do think there are better places in Sedona at comparable prices. For the price I think the quality is lower than expected. The pictures online do make it look more updated than it actually is. Our room did smell a bit musty but it was spacious and the staff was helpful. The grounds the buildings are on are nice. The resort fee is kind of weird, honestly should just make it part of the price. This place isn’t a resort it’s a hotel with a tennis court. I thought the sheets looked a little rough as there was a tear in them and a couple of the pillow cases. It all just feels worn and cheap quality. The place needs updated to justify the price point but is a suitable place to stay if you temper your expectations.

We were pleasantly surprised, after at first seeing some dated accommodations, the resort is definitely 1st class in cleanliness, service, and attention to customer service! The staff is the finest we have encountered anywhere, from the pool staff, the bartender, the waitstaff the management, all very attentive to thier guests! We had a wonderful vacation the location is absolutely gorgeous! The back of the resort spectacular with space and lawn games, the raised covered patio area immerses you with gorgeous red hill views, all in all we can’t wait till the renovations are complete, it will truly be a 5 Star! Loved it! Thank you staff!

Love this place! Very pet-friendly, love the rooms.. They even provide robes! Our room was on the ground floor.. Which makes it very easy to take the pets outside in the middle of the night. (I am pretty sure they are all ground floor..but not positive.) Except for the suites. The views are gorgeous... Staff is friendly and helpful. Also, they have an on site restaurant. The food is delicious! My recommendation is to eat out on the deck overlooking the grounds! (weather permitting) 💙❤️🧡

We had an amazing stay. This is the perfect hotel for people with a dog. You just walk through the glass doors and you and your pet are on the golf course. We got one of the best massages we ever had at the spa. The room service food is good and not outrageously priced. Get a Poco King room, the Jacuzzi tub and fireplace are definitely worth it especially in chilly weather.

Eu realmente espero que eles façam melhor para os outros.

Rooms were spacious and clean. I was anticipating a jet tub and mountain view. I got a double and pool view with very partial of a mountain. Still, very comfortable beds, hot hot showers nice they have two areas you can use to brush teeth and or have a mirror. Out a ways enough from the busy areas of Sedona yet close to Bell Rock and all the others.

Had such an amazing stay at this hotel. Rooms were nice, staff were very friendly and accommodating, and their pet area is great. We will definitely stay again. Only con, it was VERY cold at night and our room temp did not go above 66⁰ 🥶 even when it was set to 72⁰. 10/10 will stay again.

I had my wedding here. While the staff was nice, and tried to be helpful we were incredibly mislead. We were under the impression that the lady who showed us the resort and helped us with details would also be helping us on the day of the wedding, she wasn't. Following that,, 3 or 4 other people that said "I'll be working in your wedding now" all quit and we just kept being passed to the next person. When it came time for invoices, there were many discrepancies and prices being inflated, items added to the wedding that were never authorized by my now wife or I, and prices changed after signing our contract a year prior to the wedding. At one point in one of out meetings the "planner" even said "I can't find your contract what did you want again" my wife and I spent another night at the resort following our wedding, and we felt as if the financial side of the resort has absolutely zero communication with anyone else there. Not to mention the rooms cost an arm and a leg and are very dirty and very outdated. It's become quite a headache and I can't recommend this place for you to get married. It looks beautiful, and they will try to impress you but I would look elsewhere. Everything in this review is my personal experience and not slander in any way. I really hope they do better for others.

Poco Diablo estava em construção durante a nossa estadia para a nossa lua de mel que levo em consideração ao fazer a revisão!A equipe foi muito simpática e o check-in foi super fácil. Estávamos cerca de 30 minutos mais cedo para o check-in e nosso quarto não estava pronto ainda, eles perguntaram se queríamos atualizar nosso quarto para ter uma banheira jacuzzi, o que nós fizemos. Nosso quarto estava bem. Limpo e tinha tudo o que precisávamos, era muito conveniente para estacionar em frente, tinha um pequeno local para sentar do lado de fora do campo de golfe e eles nos ofereceram um aperitivo grátis em seu restaurante porque era nossa lua de mel. É muito convenientemente localizado na periferia da cidade, por isso foi super fácil entrar e sair. Os problemas que tivemos foram: -As luzes acima e ao lado da nossa cama não funcionavam de um lado. - A banheira de hidromassagem estava ok, nós a enchemos até a quantidade adequada acima dos jatos e ela ainda borrifou por todo o lugar, o que, por estar localizada na área do quarto do hotel, significava que nossa cama era borrifada toda vez que íamos para usá-lo. Além disso, quando a banheira escoava, voltava para a banheira com chuveiro do banheiro, o que era realmente nojento. Leia as avaliações baixas cuidadosamente ... elas são totalmente precisas. Este NÃO É um resort de golfe por nenhum estiramento da imaginação. É velho, sujo, desatualizado e, na melhor das hipóteses, um motel barato. Os quartos e jardins são sujos e os funcionários não parecem se importar. Fizemos várias solicitações de serviço e ainda estamos esperando que sejam atendidas. Acomodações caras, superestimadas e de qualidade muito superior na mesma área estão disponíveis pelo mesmo preço. Read the low reviews thoroughly...they are completely accurate.This IS NOT a golf resort by any stretch of the imagination.It is old, dirty, outdated and at best, a cheap motel.The rooms and grounds are dirty and the staff doesn't seem to care.We have made multiple requests for service and we are still waiting for them to be fulfilled.Overpriced, overrated and much higher quality accomodations in the same area are available for the same price.STAY AWAY from Poco Diablo.You will not regret your decision to book elsewhere!

It was clean, rooms were big, room service and food were great. Atmosphere is a little dated and our room had a musty smell. We arrived around 6:30 pm and walking to our room, people left their room service trays out by their doors. When we left, same trays were out and animals got to them, spreading trash along the walkway and landscape. My frustration comes from having ordered room service and knowing the person that delivered our food would’ve walked by that and should have contacted whoever it is that picks up the trays… I don’t think it was quite worth the price tag and wish we tried somewhere else with an actual view, otherwise it was ok.

Poco Diablo was under construction during our stay for our Honeymoon which I take into account when making the review!The staff was very friendly and Check in was super easy.We were about 30 minutes early for check in time and our room wasn't ready yet, they asked if we wanted to upgrade our room to have a jacuzzi tub, which we did. Our room was fine. Clean and had everything we needed, was very convenient to park out front, had a small spot to sit outside by the golf course and they offered us a free appetizer at their restaurant because it was our honeymoon. It is very conveniently located right on the outskirt of town, so it was super easy to get in and out of. The issues we had were: -The lights above and next to our bed did not work on one side at all. -The jacuzzi tub was ok, we filled it up to the proper amount above the jets and it still sprayed all over the place, which because it is placed in the bedroom area of the hotel room, meant our bed was sprayed every time we went to use it. Also when the tub would drain, it would back up into the bathroom shower tub, which was really gross. Filled the shower with all the bathwater and who knows what else that sits in those pipes. -The propane stove that was in our room did not work (but we also did not call in the moment to let them know about it) -We asked if there was a microwave we could use, the person at the front desk said to go up to check in to use it, we drove across the property and we got to the front desk only for the man working to tell us that we needed to request one to our room. -The robes that were offered hanging in the closet were all tattered and ripped. Both had holes in them and were fraying at the seams.Upon checkout, I kindly let the front desk know about our issues and they didn't have anything to say about them other than if we called at the time we tried using the propane stove. Honestly, I wouldn't stay here again. It wasn't an awful experience but for the money I did not feel as though it was worth it.
