Muito rápido, depois de uma experiência horrível de check-in, Christian, o gerente conseguiu resolver o problema, definitivamente voltando. Este hotel está convenientemente localizado, os quartos são espaçosos e bem conservados, o café da manhã é bom e, em geral, a equipe é muito simpática, mas lembre-se, este é um edifício no centro, portanto, esteja preparado para: 1. Pague $45 pelo estacionamento do balé ou deixe seu carro na rua. 2. Tenha algumas noites barulhentas, desde sirenes tocando até pessoas gritando/brigando na rua. 3. Really quick, after an awful Check-in experience, Christian, the manager was able to fix the problem, definitely coming back. This hotel is very conveniently located, rooms are spacious and well maintained, breakfast is good and overall the staff is very friendly, but remember, this is a downtown building so, be prepared to: 1. Either pay $45 for ballet parking or leave your car at the street. 2. Have some noisy nights, from sirens wailing to people screaming/ fighting at the street. 3. You will be charged with Downtowndistrict fee, is not a huge amount but… 😒Other than that, get ready to enjoy the beautiful Houston Downtown walking everywhere.

Hotel was comfortable and welcoming. Rooms were large, modern and clean. Staff was very friendly and responsive to any requests. Nice lobby area. Breakfast was good and food replenished frequently to keep it fresh. A very safe 5 min walk to Minute Maid Park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

Location is great! Beds and pillows and nice. There was no hot water at night or in the morning. There were bugs in the kitchen sink in the morning when we woke up. At check in I asked about the Evening Reception and was told it was only on Wednesday even though the it says Monday through Thursday and it was Tuesday.

Comparado a outros hotéis, a piscina era bem pequena. O serviço foi sempre bom e quarto era muito limpo/agradável, então, em geral, muito agradável. Location, breakfast, front desk great.My only disappointment is that there was so much hair in bathroom. I took out my clorox wipes and practically moped the entire bathroom floor.Went around room cleaning everything.Wish hotels would focus on clean bathrooms and kitchen cabinets.

A nice hotel that is near the convention center and walk able to a lot of other things in Houston. The elevators had issues about 80% of the time there. Compared to other hotels as well, the pool was pretty small. The service was always nice and room was very clean/nice, so overall, very enjoyable. They did also offer valet parking options and a nice continental breakfast. A little confusing which "Hilton hotel" you are at though.

Stayed 2 nights to see an Astros game. Very good location walking distance from the arena.The couches are covered in stains, trash on the floor of the room when we arrived. Internet connectivity was poor.We tried to use the onsite bar for dinner and we were immediately admonished by the wait staff for having outside beverages, which were cups of coffee from the lobby. The floors in the bar were still littered with trash and food when we went for the continental breakfast in the morning.The elevator situation is unbelievable. We had to stand in line for an elevator every time we had to go to and from our room. On average I would say it was a 10 minute trip from the lobby to the room.The valet is a joke. Horrible service and only staffed by a single driver. The front counter employee lost keys and tags, and we waited over an hour with many other people to get a car.Checkout day on Sunday. We were woken at 8:25am by a cleaning lady unlocking and opening our door to tell us to check out. According to my reservation, checkout is at 11.Will not be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very convenient to Minute Maid Park, beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were very spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly. Valley parking available which made it very easy but there is also parking right across the street. Will be back soon.

Ótimo hotel convenientemente localizado para uma partida de beisebol no Minute maid Stadium ou um evento no centro de convenções. Os quartos são espaçosos e equipados com geladeira grande, fogão e micro-ondas. Piscina agradável, infelizmente no lado ventoso do edifício. A equipe da recepção foi sempre simpática e prestativa com todas as perguntas que fiz a eles. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi bom, o suficiente para encher o estômago para um dia fora.

Great hotel conveniently located for a baseball match at the minute maid stadium or a an event at the convention centre. Rooms are spacious and equipped with full size fridge and have a cooker top and microwave. Nice pool, unfortunately on the windy side of the building. Reception staff were always friendly and helpfull with any questions I posed to them. The buffet breakfast was nice, enough to fill your stomach for a day out and about.

Soy miembro de Hilton (Gold) my bienvenida no fue muy agradable para check in espero 45min y front desk nunca sonrió con migo .. el cuarto muy grande pero el TV estaba colgando y llame dos veces a front desk para que lo repararan ..luego no Limpiaron mi cuarto hasta que llame para hacerlo . No volvere a quedarme en este Hotel 🤨
